Cantilever racks are suitable for storing long materials, ring materials, plates, pipes and irregular goods. The cantilever can be single-sided or double-sided. The cantilevered rack has the characteristics of stable structure, good load carrying capacity and high space utilization. Cantilever racks are constructed by mounting cantilevers on the column. The cantilever can be fixed or mobile. Pipes and plates are used for storage. Access to goods is carried out by forklift trucks, trucks or people. Cantilevered racks are usually within 2.0 meters (for example, up to 5 meters can be accessed with a forklift). The cantilever length is within 1.0m and the load per arm is usually within 1000kg. According to the bearing capacity, it can be divided into three types: lightweight, medium-weight, and heavy-weight.
The cantilever rack is suitable for storing long rods and other materials that cannot be used for palletizing, and is widely used in the machining and building materials supermarket industry.
Column sheet: It consists of a column and a base. The column is made of two pieces of cold-rolled C-profile material welded face-to-face. This structure makes full use of the material’s anti-load capacity, featuring light weight, strong bearing capacity, and low manufacturing cost. More economical and beautiful, it is a common structural form. The columns are punched with double holes, and the cantilever beam can adjust the height of each layer up and down on the column.
Cantilever beam: It is welded together by the column card and the cantilever beam. The beam rod adopts two specially-made cold-rolled unequal C-shaped channel steels to be welded. This structure has the characteristics of light weight, strong bearing capacity, and low cost. Column card: Special design pins are attached to the column.Cantilevered rack design with special attention to size
H–shelf height (affecting cargo storage, etc.)
W–shelf width (size of the base)
E–Length of the cantilever (determining the carrying capacity of the shelf, the storage of the goods, etc.)
F–block size (affects storage and safety)
G–The width of the column (affects the rigidity and load of the shelf, etc.)
